Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area and a project tiger, tiger reserve located 38 km (24 mi). Northwest of Chikkamagaluru town in Karnataka State, India. The Sanctuary gets its name from the Bhadra river, which flows through reserve. Way to reach this sanctuary : there are three routes to reach "Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary" from Bangalore. The shortest rout includes driving through NH 48. An alternate route goes via NH 4. The third route which takes the most number of hours includes travelling via NH4 and SH 65.
